My parents recently came to visit me with their little yorkie. They had visited before always with their little dog, Mitzy. This time we let our guard down and my lab pup got ahold of their dog. She had to be put down.
My parents are heartbroken and are interested in getting another puppy. They have a very good home available. No small children. And lots of love to give. Mitzy was a 6-7 yr. old female yorkie that went everywhere with them. She got lots of attention and was "spoiled". My parents are not sure if they want another yorkie because it would remind them of Mitzy but they do want another lap dog. I told them I would get them one but don't have alot of money. I am paying for the vet bill from trying to save Mitzy.
They feel that a rescued puppy would trive in their home. They do want a female but want to have her spayed because they don't want more puppies. We live in central Oregon though and I am having a hard time finding a rescue shelter for small dogs here. If you have anything available or know of anything closer to us I would appeciate it if you would e-mail me at xxxxxxx@aol.com. ( My parents don't have an e-mail address ) Thank you.
This is about a Rottie female, 4 years old, and a tiny 4 pound Maltese Female who was rescued from a mill....She only lived in the home for 4 months when she was brutally murdered by the Rotti. The vet said that almost all the bones in her body were broken....

We had our little baby less than a year when this terrible accident happened. We rescued her from xxxxxxxx and she was just the perfect little girl. She and xxxx always were best of friends and xxxx was very protective of her. They ate together, slept together and played all day long. We still don't know what caused xxxx to do what she did but for no reason at all one day she just grabbed our little darling and flung her into the air breaking her back. We rushed her to the vet but it was too late, they had to put her to sleep.
We now have the xxxx in a fence in the back yard and do not allow her in the house at all.
I can't tell you how much we miss xxxx and would like to adopt another as quickly as possible.
