"Margo

Margo has been adopted and now lives with Chris & Roger Petersen--Tifton,GA

" Jenny "& Peaches "

This is Jenny, her sister Peaches and her Mom, Ann.

Jenny came from Abilene, Texas at where she was in a shelter at only 8 months old. She was adopted by Ann and her husband a few months later and went to live in Missouri. She has a older sister Peaches who Ann and her husband adotped the year before Jenny from Judy. Jenny is a powerhouse of energy and at first Anne was not sure if she could keep her as she ran her ragged...Soon Jenny trained Anne and Peaches to keep up with her.

Jenny is one happy little girl.

" Susie"

Susie--5yo--6lb--Maltese female, spayed. A true lap dog, and cuddler. As sweet as can be. Has no teeth (rotted out in the puppymill and had to be removed) and takes Thyroid medication but otherwise healthy. She lives for love and attention.

UPDATE: Susie now lives in Arkansas with Nancy and crew. She is a happy little girl now !

" "Windy"

Windy is about 5 years old, 9 pounds and appears to be a Maltese/Yorkie mix. She has been mistreated so is fearful of strangers. But she is basically a happy little dog with lots of curly tan and beige hair. She gets along well and plays with the other dogs. She is housetrained. Windy has a mild heart murmur but has no problems from it so far. She loves attention and to be held and loved.

UPDATE: Wendy has been adopted...and now lives in Wichita with Roger, Lucille, and Precious Bitner

" Nala(Was Ginger on Senior's Page) "

UPDATE: ADOPTED !!!! Ginger, now named Nala has been adopted by Ann, mom of Peaches and Jenny. Ann is a very special lady to adopt Ginger, but seniors are not new to her...she adopted Peaches from Judy in Missouri years ago, then adopted Jenny from us last year. Jenny was a pup and really bouncy...which I think was what made Ann go back to adopting seniors....lol

Congratulations to Ann and Nala !

(This is Ginger, a sweet little 4lb Pekingese/Yorkie mix female. She is elderly, probably 12-14 years old, and was found by the Humane Society abandoned in a local park. She is spayed, housebroken, heartworm neg, and up to date on all her shots. She had a terrible dental infection when we rescued her, and as a result of the dental surgery, she has very few teeth left. Ginger is a cuddlebug who needs to find a loving home to retire to for the rest of her life. She still has plenty of spunk, even though her favorite activity is being in a lap!

Ginger is in rescue in Ohio

" Trippie "

Trippie is Registered Maltese but she is actually a MaltiPoo and a beautiful one !

Trippie came to rescue at 1 year of age. She was given up by her owner as she never really bonded with the family. She was adopted by Jim and Joan and the bond was immediate. She has a sister named Angel Baby and they are the best of friends. She now lives in Houston, Tx.

" Annie Humphreys "

After months of waiting Annie has found the perfect home. She now lives in New Port Richey with Sandy, her new Mom; Dad, Bill; and brother Duffy, a Cairn terrier who won't go anywhere without her.

" Jake "

(Jake went to live in Ft. Worth with this very special family. Jake had a really bad home and he had a lot of emotional problems and housetraining issues. His new family worked with him until they resolved these problems. He is now a very happy young man with a bright future.)

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

I really love my new people. They love on me and pet me. I love the way they brush me!

I go on several walks a day and run in the grass. I'm being good. I have only peed on the carpet once in the last six months.

I get to play guard dog for the new little girl that came in June.
miss you.....WOOF WOOF
